We stand behind every Collide order. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right — no hassle, no fine print.

30 days from delivery date

Eligibility

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Returned with all its parts (stones, cord, pouch)
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@collidegame.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@collidegame.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@collidegame.com.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sets returned with parts missing (a lost stone is fine — tell us and we'll sort it)

Every Collide order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Play Collide Magnetic Game for up to 30 days from delivery; if it hasn’t earned its place on your table, email us with your order number and we refund you in full. Opened and played sets are fine. No fine print.
